We aim to provide an exceptional culinary experience, combining quality ingredients with innovative cooking in a sophisticated setting. The concept of Deers draws inspiration from the elegance, nature, and symbolism of the deer, offering a unique dining experience that celebrates the beauty and richness of nature.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Deers. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from designing creative and seasonal menus to managing kitchen staff. A key focus will be to develop a menu that reflects the theme of the deer—incorporating natural, refined ingredients while drawing inspiration from the grace and elegance of this majestic animal. You will be responsible for ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Develop and design innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the theme of Deers, inspired by nature and the elegance of the animal itself.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to meet budgetary goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience, at least 5 years as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining environment .
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for creating high-quality, creative dishes with an emphasis on storytelling and thematic inspiration.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop a menu inspired by the concept of Deers.
