Site Officer - Installation (ESP LANDSCAPERS LTD)

To support Landscape Portfolio Executives (LPE) in managing landscape installation contracts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing tenders, quotes, and BOQ reviews, and manage site visits during the tender phase. 
• Oversee installation teams, ensuring quality control, progress monitoring, and adherence to schedules.
• Manage budgets, report on financial variations, and collaborate with LPE on budget preparation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor and improve site workflow processes for efficient resource utilisation and on-time delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and development.

Qualification, Profile & Experience:

• Higher School Certificate Degree / Diploma in Agriculture (Horticulture or Landscaping) will be a definite advantage.
• Capable in working in MS Office (computer literate) 
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Holder of a valid driver’s license 
• Familiar and have knowledge of plant species used in the landscaping industry
• Experience in managing landscaping works on construction sites would be ab advantage.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience

 Salary Range: Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
