• Site Requirements ( Ordering & Follow up)
  
• Supervision of Site Construction  Works
  
• Technical issues and remedial works
  
• Site recordings
  
• Setting out on site
  
• Managing labour resources  (Plants & Equipments/  Sub- Contractors)
  
• Supervision of Construction  Workers / Equipment  deployment
  
• Recording of Site Records
