Showroom Supervisor

We are looking for a Showroom Supervisor for its overall management for revenue optimization through achievement of sales Targets and to lead a Team of Customer Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly showroom sales target for Airbox 5G /4G, devices, Prepaid and Postpaid connections and TV Sales
• Onboard Emtel Subscribers to Blink Application
• Follow up of tickets logged by Customer Service Assistants until closure
• Close call details register and stock with zero discrepancy
• Ensure appropriate stock level of Stock units
• Adhere to all showroom processes and policies
• Ensure smooth running of showroom operations
• Ensure Customer Service Assistants are well groomed and follow the grooming guidelines in place
• Maintain the timely reporting of hygiene factors and follow up until issue is closed with related parties
• Work towards profitability of showroom with regards to OPEX figures
• Manage the team efficiently

 Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum HSC holder or a diploma in Management
• At least three (3) years of experiences in sales field

 Required Skills and Aptitudes:

• Good communication skills (both French and English)
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Analytical and problem solving mind
