Job Summary:

As a Shopify Developer at Astucom Communication Ltd, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify stores for our clients. Working closely with our design, marketing, and strategy teams, you’ll build intuitive, high-performance e-commerce solutions that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

                •              Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes according to client needs.

                •              Create responsive, visually appealing pages using Shopify’s Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

                •              Integrate third-party apps and custom solutions to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

                •              Troubleshoot and maintain the Shopify stores, ensuring top-notch performance.

                •              Work collaboratively to translate designs and requirements into functional online stores.

                •              Optimize Shopify sites for SEO and page load speed.

                •              Set up analytics and tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to gather actionable insights.

                •              Stay current with Shopify updates, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

                •              Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a portfolio of completed Shopify projects.

                •              Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

                •              Experience integrating Shopify apps and working with third-party APIs.

                •              Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

                •              Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.

                •              Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce optimization techniques.

                •              Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.

                •              Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

                •              Experience with Shopify Plus and custom app development.

                •              Knowledge of Shopify API, GraphQL, and other back-end integrations.

                •              Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.

                •              Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms.
