Shop Assistant Supervisor

Assist the shop supervisor in daily operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and training. Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and maintain shop cleanliness. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Assist the Shop Supervisor in her daily tasks.
• Direct and assign employees as needed to ensure all aspects of quality product or service delivery.
• Monitor employee compliance with operational standards, along with the company policies and practices.
• Manage and make appropriate adjustments to staffing levels and inventory levels.
• Complete weekly inventory as needed.
• Reinforce customer service standards and ensure all employees are focused on always serving the customer.
• Assist in administrative duties including maintenance of files, records and all required documentation.
• Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests; report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints.
• Perform any additional duties as may be assigned by the Shop Supervisor or Management.

Work Days: Monday to Sunday – (2 days off per week)

Work Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Note:

"As per the Workers Right as at 27 July 2024 for the End-Of-Year bonus (Section 53,(3) (c), if an emlpoyee resigns in the course of the year on or after having been in continuous employment for at least 8 months, the worker shall be paid not later than the last working day of the month in which his employment is terminated, he retires or resigns, as the case may be, a bonus equivalent to one-twelfth of his earnings for that year."

The End-Of Year bonus will be paid on Prorata.
