Provide guidance and leadership as the Shift Leader and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton Standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel.
- Upgrades guests as required.
- Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
- Taking account of the established service standard and Management guidelines.
- To offer our guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, taking account of the established service standard and management guidelines
QUALIFICATION
- University graduate or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
- One year combined Front Office and Supervisory experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
