Provide guidance and leadership as the Shift Leader and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton Standards.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel.
  • Upgrades guests as required.
  • Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
  • Taking account of the established service standard and Management guidelines.
  • To offer our guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, taking account of the established service standard and management guidelines

QUALIFICATION

  • University graduate or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE 

  • One year combined Front Office and Supervisory experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
