Drives key client business relationships. Secures new business opportunities, maintains on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and is involved with the wholesale.
- With assistance from the DOSM develop and secure new potential clients and business for the resort, as well as expand current market base to increase sales volume.
- Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities against goals to determine business growth potential.
- Responsible for servicing a dedicated account base and sales regions.
- Assisting the DOSM with managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Assist in the preparations of relevant sales reports and key client materials such as contracts and tactical offers.
- Conduct and host client site inspections and entertaining when required.
- Handling all client enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Any other duties assigned by line Manager.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent administrative skills.
- Professional verbal and written skills and the ability to adapt and multi-task.
- Possess good work attitude, organizational and coordination skills.
- Enthusiastic, sales motivated with ability to strategize.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Handling all administrative duties as required by the Sales and Marketing department

Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in Sales / Hotel industry.
