The Senior Marketing Specialist at Medine Property will lead and manage the strategic marketing efforts for our real estate projects and initiatives.

The role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, promote property sales, and enhance customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
Your work will encompass developing targeted content, managing social media and search advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and staying ahead of digital trends to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communication Manager, internal and external teams to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be involved but not limited to:
Strategic Marketing
- Identify, develop and elaborate marketing strategies, in line with Medine Property’s vision.
- Understand pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Provide (innovative) solutions to improve the company’s presence on the market.
- Act rapidly to new information in order to align the property cluster and its projects to market demand.
- Develop an annual marketing and service plan per project in support of the organization’s strategy and objectives, and measure results.
- Work with development managers, communication manager and sales team to ensure that all marketing goals, campaigns and strategies are perfectly aligned with sales strategies.
Brand Building and Management
- Ensure the Medine Property brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Reinforce the company’s unique value propositions and positioning in the market, promoting Medine Property as a leader in innovative, sustainable property developments.
- Oversee the rebranding of any new or existing property projects, ensuring alignment with Medine’s overall vision and values.
Marketing Research & Analysis
- Lead the marketing strategy through market research, and report accordingly.
- Advise the project development team based on result of marketing research.
- Regularly perform pricing analysis and recommend strategies to improve market position, and reduce costs.
- Identify new practices and marketing opportunities.
- Analyse the competition and review results of marketing research, adjusting the company’s marketing strategy accordingly to refine and optimize future initiatives. Use these insights to adapt the marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and target different customer segments (e.g., high-end buyers, investors, local and international markets) and tailor marketing messages to suit each group.
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business including satisfaction and renewal rates.
Marketing Communication
- Lead the creation/ production of inspiring design, content and marketing campaigns, in line with Medine’s group branding guidelines.
- Contribute to develop and implement social media plan; work with the press and other related media outlets.
- Provide leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.
Content Creation and Campaign Development
- Lead marketing operations, product management, customer service and customer retention.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of a marketing team.
- Manage customer satisfaction programs.
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budget in accordance to the organization’s goal.
- Set up business processes and tracks return on investments.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across different channels and campaigns. Prioritize high-impact activities that align with business objectives.
- Track the return on investment (ROI) for each marketing initiative, continuously monitoring performance to ensure cost-effectiveness. Adjust budgets and strategies based on insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the MarComm Manager to define the marketing strategy in line with the projects pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to support business activities, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure digital strategies complement offline marketing efforts and sales activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g., Sales, Development, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with company goals.
- Foster a creative and innovative work environment, encouraging the team to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously explore new marketing approaches.
Minimum experience requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in (digital) marketing related roles within the property industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot is a plus) and other sales and marketing tools, particularly for digital marketing.
Minimum education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, communication or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
