Key Responsibilities
As Senior Client Administrator, you will:
- Lead and ensure the efficient administration services for a diverse portfolio of trusts, foundations, and corporate clients.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client structures.
- Review draft financial statements, addressing outstanding items promptly within set deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining adherence to internal procedures and controls.
- Attend client meetings, preparing necessary materials and drafting detailed minutes.
- Manage the client onboarding, acceptance, and formation process.
- Support team members by addressing technical client matters and escalate complex issues to the Manager or Head of Department when necessary.
- Assist Management with client-related matters, ensuring all compliance and AML procedures are followed.
- Uphold company core values and demonstrate expected professional behaviors.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in the Global Business sector.
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA or ACCA (or an equivalent relevant qualification).
- Strong communication skills with advanced technical abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a high level of organization and self-motivation.
