Manager – Fund Accounting

Our client, a dynamic global financial services company based in Eben, is seeking a highly skilled Manager – Fund Accounting. This role involves leading a team responsible for delivering accurate financial statements and comprehensive fund administration services to institutional clients.

Role Overview
This position involves supervising fund accounting operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services with supervisory exposure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee fund administration, billing, and fee collection for a portfolio of clients.
• Review and deliver accurate NAV packages.
• Manage client relationships and address queries promptly.
• Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance.
• Attend client meetings and provide value-added services.
• Ensure adherence to AML legislation and regulatory requirements.
