We are seeking a Senior Brand, Communications & Digital Marketing Officer to lead dynamic, enterprise-focused marketing initiatives and drive campaigns from inception to execution across multiple channels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Project Management: Design, implement, and execute marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, direct mail, multimedia, social, and digital platforms. Ensure all campaigns align with strategic goals, meet deadlines, and reflect the company’s vision through consistent and innovative communication materials.
- Budget & Payment Management: Prepare and deliver detailed monthly expenditure reports to the Manager and collaborate with team members to monitor and optimize the overall marketing budget.
- Digital & Multimedia Support: Support and implement new website and app developments. Strategically manage multimedia elements to amplify marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Partner with product teams, sales/marketing representatives, and stakeholders to create integrated communication strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, internal design teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute events and roadshows that align with marketing objectives. Oversee event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns. Provide detailed reports to the Manager after campaign completion.
- Supplementary Support: Assist the marketing team with additional tasks as needed to help achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum degree holder in Marketing Management
- Proven experience in marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels development
- Proficiency in digital tools and multimedia platforms
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics
