Job Description: Security Coordinator
Location : Coromandel
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - 2 years
Initial Education: Diploma in Management / Human Resources
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Management :
- Supervise and centrally manage the team of watchpersons/security guards.
- Create and manage the rosters for guards, ensuring optimal allocation of working hours.
- Client Needs Response:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding security needs and requests.
- Ensure effective communication to address concerns and requirements from various departments.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly track working hours and absences of guards.
- Produce activity reports on the management of the security team.
- Implementation of Timekeeping Systems:
- Ensure the proper implementation of electronic timekeeping systems at all sites.
- Monitor their usage and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Supervise the maintenance and lifecycle of the Timekeeping system.
- Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions on the use of timekeeping tools.
- Raise awareness among staff regarding:
- Time & Attendance monitoring processes.
- Security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate and propose improvements to security management and timekeeping processes.
- Identify additional training needs and implement action plans accordingly.
