Security & Control Room Officer

Le Warehouse Ltd (361) is looking for a Security & Control Room Officer, responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the control room, monitoring camera feeds, reporting any security incidents, maintaining the safety and security of the shops and warehouse premises.

• Operate in the Control Room as per instructions provided by the Security and Surveillance Analyst and/or Internal Audit Manager.
• Provide security services on shop premises and to personnel as requested, ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Ensure only authorized personnel and visitors have access to the control room
• Monitor security cameras for any issues or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with IT and maintenance teams for technical issues.
• Handle and report any anomalies or security incidents to management.
• Maintain logs and records of security-related activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle any requests for camera footage, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
• Assist in any internal investigations as and when required during theft or fraudulent activities.
• Report theft to the Shop Manager/OM, management, and the police if required.
• Assist Internal Security Officer in his duties as and when required (e.g., weekly banking, spot checks of containers, regular patrols etc.)
