6. The ability to properly assist in the recruitment of the right employees for the organization
7. Microsoft Office and Sicorax
8. To maintain confidentiality of all documents and information at all times
9. To provide secretarial support to Directors
10. The ability to manage telephone calls and deal with visitors in a courteous manner
EXPERIENCE
- A certificate or diploma in secretarial duties or equivalent would constitute an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field
- Advanced computer skills
- Be mature and have a confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to meet tight deadlines
