Kolos Cement Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Support Officer.

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers when entering and leaving Kolos Cement Ltd
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries either by phone or face to face
  • Handle deliveries, onsite orders and update details on the system (ORACLE)
  • Report all customer queries, comments and complaints to Sales Representatives
  • Handle cash transactions, collect payments and issue receipts
  • Provide regular feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, including effective communication and always provide professional customer support
  • Provide support to warehouses as and when required

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum a Higher School Certificate  
  • Ability to work on shifts, including one morning shifts starting 5.30 a.m. 
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Computer Literate and telephone handling skills
  • Ability to multitask
