The Sales Support Officer is responsible for the administrative management of a portfolio of clients and participates in the proper management of invoicing, sales administration and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies
- Receive, orient and follow-up of the client and prospect portfolio (proposals, contracts, follow-up letters, etc.)
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team and the various departments of the company
- Ensure and maintain effective contract administration (preparation, reporting, filing, updating, etc.)
- Attend to customer requests and follow-up until resolution
- Support the preparation of tender’s
- Participate to the improvement and development of tools and processes within the department
- Support the sales representatives in administrative tasks where required
- Ensuring that customer details is updated and all KYC documents have been received in accordance to the procedures of the department
- Update and maintain the KPIs of the department
- Prepare the reports as and when required by the department
- Collaborate/liaise with the different departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure that data in the system is accurate
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum HSC
- Proven experience in a sales administration department of a service company of equivalent size
- Perfect command of computer tools (Word/Excel) and telephone tools
- Good knowledge of accountancy / good facility with figures
- Proven experience in preparation of contract
