Cernol Ltd is looking for a Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling Cernol Ltd's products and services to new and existing clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and approach prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and promote Cernol Ltd’s range of cleaning chemicals, detergents, and related products to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support to address client inquiries or resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to strengthen business relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Operations and Retail Manager regarding client needs and market demands.
  • Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports to track progress and performance.

Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Cernol Ltd’s products, including their applications and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical guidance to clients, ensuring the proper use of products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to customize product solutions for client needs.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cleaning chemicals, detergents, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
