Cernol Ltd is looking for a Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling Cernol Ltd's products and services to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and approach prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote Cernol Ltd’s range of cleaning chemicals, detergents, and related products to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support to address client inquiries or resolve issues.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to strengthen business relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Operations and Retail Manager regarding client needs and market demands.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports to track progress and performance.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Cernol Ltd’s products, including their applications and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical guidance to clients, ensuring the proper use of products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize product solutions for client needs.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cleaning chemicals, detergents, or related industries.
Skills:
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
