We are looking for a Sales Representative to play a key role in the sales strategies of one of KASA Group of companies, which operates in the industrial supply sector, specifically providing materials and equipment to multiple industries in different sectors.
Job Profile
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Sales or equivalent qualification
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Engineering sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries, including sugar, textile, construction, hospitality, and power generation.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial materials and equipment, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities in the industrial supply sector.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Proposal Development: Create and submit sales proposals, including pricing and delivery options, tailored to meet customer needs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Order Processing: Facilitate the order processing by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or inquiries from customers promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and report on sales performance to Management.
