Sales Representative FMCG

Our client based in Ebene is looking for a sales representative to market coffee products to hotels and restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships by providing support, gathering feedback, and conveying customer requirements to the product development teams
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concern
