Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing
plans to promote the London Tea Exchange
brand globally.
Manage trade relationships and partnerships to expand our market presence.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury tea market.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
Driving licence is mandatory.
Present our range of high-quality teas to customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
Negotiate and close sales with customers.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in trade and marketing, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Holder of a driving licence.
Strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
