We are seeking a driven and resourceful Indian Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding Sales Team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-oriented environment, excels at building strong client relationships, and is passionate about helping clients achieve financial success. In this role, you will identify and acquire new investors, build lasting partnerships, and showcase our products to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to ensure services remain competitive and innovative.
- Proactively identify and onboard potential investors interested in mutual funds, stock, and forex trading opportunities.
- Communicate the features and benefits of financial products effectively, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with investors by providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the financial advisory team to ensure a seamless client experience and align strategies for growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, investments, or related industries, with knowledge of mutual funds, stock markets, and forex trading considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English and at least Hindi is highly desirable.
