We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to manage the daily operations of our retail ice cream outlet while upholding our brand’s reputation and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock checks to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.

• Sales: Handle transactions securely and accurately, including cash and electronic payments.

• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, serving ice cream       and providing product information to ensure a memorable experience.

• Customer Relations: Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, always striving to    improve customer satisfaction.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with resort management to support smooth operations.
