We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing person who would have a multifaceted role focused on developing and implementing strategies on traditional & emerging markets.
Experience & Education:
• Degree in Sales & Marketing or Tourism & Hospitality
• Min. 3 years of experience at supervisory level in sales and marketing within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry
• Proven experience in managing sales teams, developing marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets
Skills:
• Strong understanding of tourism products, local attractions, hotels and international market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software and social media platforms
• Analytical skills for market research, proactive and result-oriented
Personal attributes:• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Customer-focused, with a passion for travel and tourism
• Hard-worker and prepared to work during long and odd hours
• Holder of a clean valid driving lcense
