We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for our hotel supply company. The role involves driving nationwide business growth, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.
Sales & Marketing Operations: Lead and manage overall sales and marketing functions for the company.
Client Interaction: Handle daily operational tasks, including client introductions, follow-ups, and addressing service requests.
Key Account Management: Meet with key decision-makers in hotels, focusing on rooms and food & beverage departments.
Stock Inventory Management: Regularly check and monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory for client orders.
Presentations & Introductions: Conduct product introductions and presentations for clients and their teams.
Liaison with Directors: Coordinate with the company’s Directors and end-consumers for smooth operations.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement overall sales strategies and manage monthly operational targets.
Quote Generation & Coordination: Send product requirement lists to the Directors for generating quotes, and coordinate additional sample requests as needed.
Client Follow-ups: Perform daily follow-ups with both existing and new clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
New Business Development: Lead sales presentations for new hotel projects, including introducing our company’s products.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of consignments.
Weekly Travel: Required to travel across the country, visiting hotels and corporate offices regularly.
CRM & Business Development: Maintain client relationships via CRM and drive business development initiatives for new projects, hotel upgrades, and renovations.
Quotations & Invoices: Prepare quotations and invoices as per the scope of work.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
Age: 30 to 48 years.
Vehicle: Must own a car, as frequent travel across the country is required.
Responsibility: Must demonstrate the ability to take ownership and drive results, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and [French/Other relevant languages].
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and business development techniques.
Field Work: Monday to Friday, managing client visits and showroom duties.
Showroom: Available for client interaction and presentations at the showroom in Phoenix.
Work from Home: Half-day on Saturdays.
Salary: MUR 42,000 + Maintenance & Vehicle Allowance (MUR 8,000)
Total Net Salary: MUR 50,000 + Commission (subject to achieving yearly targets)
