To analyze sales reports, prepare budgets and sales forecasts and meet with clients to arrange business deals and events on the Island.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients and arranging business deals and events on Ile Des Deux Cocos and at Tamassa;
• Achieve targets for sales growth and revenue;
• Responsible to make profitable use of the hotel & Island's facilities;
• Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities;
• Work closely with other members of the hotel management team to identify marketing priorities;
• Make regular posting about Tamassa & Ile Des Deux Cocos on social media platforms;
• Increase business deals & events during times of the year when bookings are low;
• To build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business;
• Develop strong customer relationships;
Experience:
• 2 – 5 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills required:
• High levels of integrity;
• Leadership skills;
• Presentation skills;
• Valid driving license is a must;
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
