Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technical solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Develop a strategic sales plan and ensure targets are met.
Customer Consultation and Technical Support:
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
Assist customers in understanding the technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits of the products.
Address customer queries and resolve technical issues promptly.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
Provide feedback from customers to the product development or marketing teams.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities or areas for product improvement.
Sales Administration:
Prepare and submit tenders, quotes, proposals, and presentations in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and progress in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Coordinate with the after-sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Training and Knowledge Development:
Continuously improve technical and commercial knowledge to better serve customers.
Attend product training sessions and stay informed on updates or new offerings.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical field, or relevant discipline.
Experience in sales or technical sales would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of technical products or services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable solutions for clients.
Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
A valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
