We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be at ease with market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and follow up on client’s orders.
- Provide excellent customer service in terms of freight forwarding.
- Build a strong relationship with key customers.
- Carry out market research and telemarketing.
- Perform sales visits.
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned and as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum HSC.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing would be a definite advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.
Other Prerequisites:
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Well versed in English & French.
- Good selling skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Attention to details.
- Driving License would be an advantage.
