Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Coordinator in our MEP Supplies Department, who will be responsible for supporting sales, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, providing after-sales support etc..

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Coordinator in our MEP Supplies Department, who will be responsible for supporting sales, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, providing after-sales support, promoting customer satisfaction, planning and coordinating the delivery of the company’s services.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Assist in all sales related matters as and when required.
  • Negotiate with supplier for best deal prior to issuance of purchase orders.
  • Raise, issue and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Timely submission of tender and all other related documents with all relevant information being uploaded on ERP.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Higher School certificate.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, amongst others.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Accountability and ownership. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
