Overview of the Job

 

As the Sales Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative tasks associated with client files. You will serve as a vital liaison between departments, ensuring the seamless transfer of information from the sales team to other teams. Additionally, you will support the teams by engaging with customers whenever necessary, fostering smooth and efficient communication.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to client profiles.
  • Maintain and update accurate client details.
  • Ensure signed quote validation and filing.
  • Regularly update dashboard.
  • Oversee all CEB documentation and handle customers’ database.
  • Track and record Technical Assessment and Installation Request (TA and IR) numbers in the database.
  • Support the coordination of operations by ensuring clients sign necessary documents and survey reports.
  • Involve in the planning of Installations and in post planning follow-up. 
  • Send Technical Assessment and Installation Request promptly. 
  • Assist clients by providing timely updates and addressing their inquiries. 
  • Serve as a liaison, relaying client status updates between operations and sales teams.
  • Track and monitor quotes to ensure timely and efficient follow-up.
  • Assist in the preparation of Roadshows and Events. 
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team in their day-to-day activities.
  • ontribute to the lead generation and qualification process as needed.
