Reneworld Ltd a member of Eclosia Group, currently the leader in Renewable Energy and Photovoltaic is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join it's dynamic team. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Admin Work 

  • Client details.
  • Signed Quote Validation and Filing.
  • Update Dashboard.
  • Manage all the CEB documentations and Customer Database.
  • TA & IR ( Technical Assessment and Installation Request) Numbers on Database.
Coordination Operation
  • Manage client's signature, survey reports and cancellation.  
  • Involve in the planning of Installations and in post planning follow-up. 
  • Send Technical Assessment and Installation Request. 
Coordination Sales
  • Provide assistance to clients for updates and queries. 
  • Act as an intermediary to relay information regarding clients status to operations and sales teams.
  • Track quotes.
  • Assist in the preparation of Roadshows and Events. 
  • Support the Sales teams in their day to day tasks.
  • Assist in the lead generation and qualification process when required.
