Ingenia Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
The job incumbent shall be responsible for taking and following up on customer orders accurately and ensuring that requested goods are delivered in good condition. He/ She shall also ensure proper communication flow between the customers and keep them updated during all stages of the service delivery. He/She shall also perform all coordination pertaining to sales activities. The job incumbent shall also act as back up to the Customer Service Coordinator as and when required by management.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures constant communication with clients and keeps them updated during all stages of the service delivery
• Coordinates planning for service delivery and liaises with the different departments to ensure the smooth running of the operations/sales activities
• Ensures excellent customer service at all times
• Ensures proper running of the Front Office by replacing Customer Service Coordinator as and when required
• Ensures that invoices are filled properly
• Keeps record of sales report, delivery notes and outstanding deliveries
• Complies to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Procedures
Profile of the Ideal Candidates
• A Higher School Certificate
• A Certificate in Sales and Marketing would be a definite advantage
• Minimum of 1-2 years working experience
• Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving approach
• Good Computer Literacy
• Good written and spoken English and French
