The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The person will be responsible of the shop and will have to ensure that all the products are correctly managed and well displayed.

 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible of the opening and/ or closure of the outlet while respecting the trading hours established.
  2. Ensure that the shop is clean, well-maintained, tidy and perfumed correctly to welcome the customer. Flooring, shelves, counters and any other furniture should be cleaned on a daily basis.
  3. Welcome, advise and guide the client as best as possible according to their needs. 
  4. Master the computer system (invoicing, stock etc.).
  5. Ensure proper installation of products and accessories in the shop. Window displays are to be changed twice a week.
  6. Perform any other administrative tasks, such as the Tax Refund or register of customers for the loyalty programme. 
  7. Manage the petty cash perfectly. 
  8. Do the cash lodgement to the bank on a daily basis.
  9. Participate to the stock take.
  10. Ensure to follow correctly the internal procedures and regulations.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to upsell products.
  • Willingness to learn about the store's products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
