The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The person will be responsible of the shop and will have to ensure that all the products are correctly managed and well displayed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible of the opening and/ or closure of the outlet while respecting the trading hours established.
- Ensure that the shop is clean, well-maintained, tidy and perfumed correctly to welcome the customer. Flooring, shelves, counters and any other furniture should be cleaned on a daily basis.
- Welcome, advise and guide the client as best as possible according to their needs.
- Master the computer system (invoicing, stock etc.).
- Ensure proper installation of products and accessories in the shop. Window displays are to be changed twice a week.
- Perform any other administrative tasks, such as the Tax Refund or register of customers for the loyalty programme.
- Manage the petty cash perfectly.
- Do the cash lodgement to the bank on a daily basis.
- Participate to the stock take.
- Ensure to follow correctly the internal procedures and regulations.

- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to upsell products.
- Willingness to learn about the store's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
