The job incumbent will be required to assist the departmental Managers and the salespersons in all administrative/Sales tasks of the Commercial Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist dealers and other corporate customers calling in during the absence of salespersons.
- Assist the sales team in providing appropriate information when required.
- Prepare and process quotes, invoices, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cold calls, follow-ups, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with Corporate Sales Executives to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and client interactions.
- Support administrative tasks related to the corporate sales function, including deals monitoring, sales reporting and analytics.
- Act as a point of contact for Aftersales/ Logistics & Warehouse.
- Raise sales orders and pick slips, credit notes.
- Compile and maintain an up-to-date daily sales figures sheet and send them to all persons concerned on a daily basis.
- Send quotations to corporate customers.
- Assist corporate customers in providing appropriate and accurate information on their request.
- Send invoices to customers.
- Keep an up-to-date track record of the current product loan park.
- Request and take different appointments for our corporate team as and when required.
- Ensure proper and regular follow up on quotations sent and not yet finalized.
- Do and have a regular updated filing.
- Help & assist the corporate team in identifying any project, product and potential customer that would be beneficial to the organization.
Profile
- HSC
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
- Proactive, honest and trustworthy
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on his/ her own as well as part of a team
- Fully conversant with MS office applications
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Sales background will be an advantage
