The job incumbent will be required to assist the departmental Managers and the salespersons in all administrative/Sales tasks of the Commercial Department.

 

Job Profile

The job incumbent will be required to assist the departmental Managers and the salespersons in all administrative/Sales tasks of the Commercial Department. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist dealers and other corporate customers calling in during the absence of salespersons.
  • Assist the sales team in providing appropriate information when required.
  • Prepare and process quotes, invoices, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cold calls, follow-ups, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Sales Executives to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and client interactions.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the corporate sales function, including deals monitoring, sales reporting and analytics.
  • Act as a point of contact for Aftersales/ Logistics & Warehouse.
  • Raise sales orders and pick slips, credit notes.
  • Compile and maintain an up-to-date daily sales figures sheet and send them to all persons concerned on a daily basis.
  • Send quotations to corporate customers.
  • Assist corporate customers in providing appropriate and accurate information on their request.
  • Send invoices to customers.
  • Keep an up-to-date track record of the current product loan park.
  • Request and take different appointments for our corporate team as and when required.
  • Ensure proper and regular follow up on quotations sent and not yet finalized.
  • Do and have a regular updated filing.
  • Help & assist the corporate team in identifying any project, product and potential customer that would be beneficial to the organization.

Profile

  • HSC
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Proactive, honest and trustworthy
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on his/ her own as well as part of a team
  • Fully conversant with MS office applications
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Sales background will be an advantage
