Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Advisor at our Petite Riviere showroom, to aim at increasing the customer data base and retaining existing customers by providing an end-to-end service as per the benchmark of the company.

Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Advisor at our Petite Riviere showroom, to aim at increasing the customer data base and retaining existing customers by providing an end-to-end service as per the benchmark of the company. The latter maximises efforts to grow sales, profitability and visibility of products and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their need and requirements.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, as required.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all internal/external client requests.
  • Participate in Customer Events and fairs such as the Grand Salon de la Maison.
  • Assist in all sales related matters as and when required.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Good knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Familiar with upselling, cross-selling and ability to identify opportunities for expansion revenue.
  • Ability to leverage relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
