We are looking for passionate and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. You will play an important role in driving sale, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting Honor’s innovative products, including smartphones, tablets and accessories.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Honor products.
  • Provide detailed information about product features and benefits
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through outstanding service and a positive attitude
  • Assist with inventory management and maintaining the visual presentation of the store appealing
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness andcustomer engagement

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Fluent in English, French and Creole
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for technology and understanding of the latest devices
  • A proactive and motivated attitude with a customer-centric approach
