Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Coordinator

 As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Coordinator to promote a strong culture of quality and safety within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drive a culture of safety and quality across all levels of the organization.

🔹 Implement and maintain Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management Systems (EQMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001,

🔹 Planning and implementing ISO 45001 certification

🔹 Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on our solar farm construction sites to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

🔹 Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and instill best practices in safety and quality management.

🔹 Investigate workplace incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

🔹 Ensure continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

🔹 Collaborate with teams to embed safety-first and quality-focused mindsets in daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Holder of Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.

✔ Experience in promoting safety and quality culture within an industrial, construction, or renewable energy environment.

✔ Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental regulations, and ISO standards.

✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to engage and influence teams.

✔ Ability to develop and implement effective safety and quality awareness programs.
