To ensure the effective execution of sales, merchandising and promote brand awareness of clients’ products at store level. To further, display merchandise which in a visually appealing manner to attract customers.

 

Visual Merchandising  

Assist with visual conceptualisation  

Translate vision into expressive displays 

Coordinate and align fashion to seasons, trends and gender and age 

Manage and maintain mannequins, display support materials/ POS 

Instore Layout and Execution 

Demonstrate operating of products/service i.e., baby cots, office desk etc.  

Integrate brand images in visual presentations throughout the stores  

Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes 

Initiate unique visual presentations 

Monitor merchandise inventories 

Manage Point of Sales stock 

Execute layout and theme and assembly of products 

Ensure all lines are on display 

Check quality continuously, respond to poor quality or rejects

Keep area tidy, ensure they are well stocked, maintain the display/demonstration area, lift and  move stock forward 

Accuracy of PI Labels and price stickers 

Administration 

Compile reports on in store activities and communication of executions 

Inform relevant parties of reject stock  

Maintain equipment and assets 

Utilise handheld technology/device/ systems 

Customer/Client Satisfaction 

Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests 

Greet and acknowledge customers 

Demonstrate or explain products, methods or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services 

Provide communication on and upkeep of promotions 

Ensure professional and value adding Customer/Consumer service
