- Strategic consultancy for Performance Marketing for any of the products our client has (Health OTC, hair care)
- Performance Marketing campaigns: planning, implementing, managing and optimizing international SEM campaigns incl. Paid Social, Paid Search & Native Ads (especially Taboola & Outbrain) precisely - based on data analysis
- Thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, identification of trends and derivation of actionable recommendations to optimize performance and ROI
- Confident handling of KPI such as CTR, CVR and ROAS
- Independent creation of test scenarios and implementation with a focus on performance optimization
- Targeting strategies: Develop innovative targeting and segmentation strategies to maximize channel performance
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and derive data-driven budget and action recommendations from them
- Development of budget and media plans
- Carrying out competitor and benchmark analyses
- Project management: Manage projects, manage service providers and manage budgets efficiently
- SPOC for the client – weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the client, presentation of development and KPIs

- Funded experience in the field of performance marketing
- Web Analytics: Proficient in the use of relevant web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Google Ads, Google Looker Studio, Sistrix, Conductor and other) and very good experience in data visualization and interpretation
- In-depth understanding of the key performance indicators for the main performance channels
- Analytics: Number-driven, analytical thinking and deep understanding of data
- Strong intuition for user behavior and trends in online marketing, supported by analytical knowledge
- Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
