We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales and Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team and lead our retail operations for Makita products.
As the Retail Sales and Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, manage inventory, and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.

- Sales Performance Management
- Customer Experience Enhancement
- Sales Team Leadership
- Leads Management and Follow-up
- Execution of Seasonal Displays and Promotional Campaigns
- Management of Educational contents and Visual Aids
- Loyalty Programs and Customer Engagement
- Onjection Handling and Issue resolution
- Administrative and Reporting duties
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or related field
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in the tools and equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- AProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
