Shift Overview: Starting ASAP
Total Hours: 20-hours per week
Shifts available
First Option: 10pm - 3am Monday & Tuesday, 10-hour shift Saturday 1pm - 11pm
Second Option:10pm - 3am Wednesday & Thursday, 10-hour shift on Sunday awaiting confirmation on hours.
Please note that training will commence Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm for the first 3-weeks before moving to the shifts mentioned above.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a previous customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Proficiency in English is a must; multilingual skills are a plus.
