Our client in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a Reinsurance Administrative Coordinator who will report to the Director of Reinsurance Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of Departmental Processes and Operations.
  • Analyse and monitor the performance of the team to ensure strict compliance to set KPIs.
  • Provision of reports to management and underwriting team.
  • Assist management in process improvement.
  • Assist with people management.
  • Assist in the training/coaching of new recruits.
  • Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.
Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related subject.
  • Minimum five years of working experience in primary insurance or reinsurance.
  • Be fully computer literate.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge to work in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented with a focused, proactive, efficient, and independent working style.
  • Results driven with good execution skills.
  • Strong resilience to work under high pressure and ambitious growth strategy.
  • Excellent command of English and French, both in speaking and writing.
