Our client in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a Reinsurance Administrative Coordinator who will report to the Director of Reinsurance Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Departmental Processes and Operations.
- Analyse and monitor the performance of the team to ensure strict compliance to set KPIs.
- Provision of reports to management and underwriting team.
- Assist management in process improvement.
- Assist with people management.
- Assist in the training/coaching of new recruits.
- Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related subject.
- Minimum five years of working experience in primary insurance or reinsurance.
- Be fully computer literate.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge to work in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Solution-oriented with a focused, proactive, efficient, and independent working style.
- Results driven with good execution skills.
- Strong resilience to work under high pressure and ambitious growth strategy.
- Excellent command of English and French, both in speaking and writing.
