Regional Sales Executive

 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive with extensive experience in sales channel development and a strong network in the household and personal care products industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business, and implementing marketing strategies within their designated region.

Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Development:

  • Identify, establish, and develop new sales channels for cleaning products within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including traditional shops, pharmacies hotels, restaurants, laundries and dry cleaners.
  • Leverage existing networks to expand market penetration and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Execution:

  • Promote and sell cleaning products to a variety of businesses, tailoring sales strategies to suit each client’s needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to clients to enhance their understanding of product features and benefits.

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the company’s cleaning products portfolio in the region.
  • Research potential markets and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, promotional strategies, and product positioning to increase brand visibility.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the company’s system.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term business relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on sales performance, business development efforts, and market conditions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales channel development, business development, and marketing within the household and personal care products or related industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • A demonstrated track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities and creating long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns and coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to adapt marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
