Providing front end customer service to ensure that Hotel front desk objectives are met in effective and efficient manner

Prepare welcome kit for guests
Receive payment from guests
Issue paid out to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Attend calls
- Take messages & transfer to concerned departments
- Fill log book & complain & request log book & do follow up of request and guests respectively
- Reconcile bills on system & dockets (Verify bills & inquire with concerned departments through mails)
- Prepare departure control sheet (Reception check list, Rooming sheet, Mini-bar control sheet, Hotel transfer, Umbrella control sheet, Early breakfast sheet, wakeup call, handing over sheet
- Prepare key jacket
- Courtesy calls & update on system
- Prepare turndown list for VIPs & send to concerned department
- Fill in log book for evening shift & communicate in briefing about departures & any other issues
- Prepare ventilation sheet for EPIN
- To constantly check the handover, memo files and ensure checklists are completed at the end of the shift.
- To report any unusual occurrences and any concerns to the reception shift Supervisors.
- To ensure all special requests on the arrival list are being action and followed up.
- To ensure that upon arrival, information on guest’s voucher matches the one in our reservation system. If incorrect or wrong, ensure proper action is taken.

- NC 3 Front Office
- Knowledge of Opera
- Microsoft Word Skills
- Listening Skills
