2. Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
3. Serve as a point of contact for Guests for ensuring that they feel comfortable
Professional experience
- Qualifications: minimum School Certificate level/Nc3 Front Office
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in hotel sector as Front office Assistant
- Personality: Good Communication Skills, Pleasant, smiling and courteous.
- Language: excellent command of both written and spoken English and French language. A third language is an advantage.
- Others: Flexible on working hours
