One of our client in the Funeral industry is looking for a Receptionist.

 

Duties & Responsibilities.

 

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
  • Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, taking messages or directing calls to the appropriate staff members as necessary.
  • Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

  • Customer Service: Address and resolve visitor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations for staff and management.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information as required.
  • Handling Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and package.

  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring the office is well stocked and organised.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HSC.
  • 2 Years’ Experience as Receptionist.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and Communication skills.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional.
  • Display Emotional Maturity and Professionalism.
  • IT literate.
