Atelier Clinic Mauritius is seeking a receptionist to join our prestigious clinic located in the North/Center of Mauritius.Atelier Clinic Mauritius is a renowned healthcare facility specializing in aesthetic and wellness treatments. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and responsiveness to inquiries or concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products or services.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, preferences, and goals. Gather feedback on products or services to identify areas for improvement or additional support.
- Address client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Identify opportunities for expansion or diversification of services to meet evolving client needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize client relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings or events. Ensure smooth operations of the office and efficient use of resources.
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication channels and disseminate information effectively to ensure transparency and alignment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, particularly in a medical or healthcare setting, is often preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in medical office administration or similar fields can be a plus.
