The Receptionist will be mainly responsible to attend promptly and courteously to all incoming and outgoing calls and to ensure a World Class Reception at the welcome counter.

The Receptionist will be mainly responsible to attend promptly and courteously to all incoming and outgoing calls and to ensure a World Class Reception at the welcome counter.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible to attend to all incoming calls before the 4th ring and courteously welcome the customer with a clear and warm welcome message
- Responsible to connect customer promptly to their requested recipient and ensure to inform the recipient of the name of the person who is calling.
- Responsible to communicate courteously to customers when recipients are either out of office or away from their desk.
- Responsible to record messages left by customers and collects customer's name and phone number
- Responsible to communicate to employees any miscall and messages left by customers during their absence through email and ensure to provide necessary customers details for calling back
- Responsible to communicate politely, calmly and patiently with customers seeking for information and puts them through to the appropriate person who can attend to their request.
- Responsible to perform outgoing calls upon staff and managers requests
- Responsible to ensure and maintain a warm welcome to all customers.
- Responsible to welcome customer with a smile and ensures to interact with customers courteously and patiently.
- Responsible to always guide customers to their respective contact person and never leaves a customer in a doubt or unattended.
- Responsible to propose customer to wait at the cafeteria or in the waiting room in case the respective contact person is busy with another customer.
- Responsible to inform immediately the respective staff, manager or secretary for customer's on appointment and guides the customer to the nearest waiting area.
- Responsible to issue receipts upon settlement of payments for Workshop clients and to allocate to respective nominal accounts.
- Responsible to efficiently perform any other related duties as requested by the head of department wherever possible
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required:
- SC/HSC Holder
- At least one-year experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Fluent in French and English (both written & oral)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
