The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of RECEPTIONIST based at Floreal.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. The successful incumbent will welcome guests and greet Team Members at the front desk who visit the office.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Actively participate in the providing excellent service to the Team Members & visitors.
- Welcome visitors courteously and, direct them to the respective appointments.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Attend to all queries on telephone and at the front desk.
- Handle any complaint efficiently through appropriate interaction.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Pass-on messages and information to colleagues during briefing sessions.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Assist with the planning of the team of Drivers/Messengers.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material for instance pens, forms, magazines, and brochures.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and access control via the front desk such as monitor logbook and visitors information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Certificate in Office Management or Secretarial would be a definite advantage.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in as Receptionist or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
