Quality Intern
Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Assist in monitoring and maintaining the quality standard and procedures
•Assist in daily site inspections and Audit to comply to good housekeeping practices
•Verification of raw materials and finished products in the factory
•Assist in sampling management, including collection, preparation and storage
•Assist in Laboratory management including equipment’s cleaning, verification and calibration
•Assist to follow up in Nonconformities, complaints and investigate on root cause and take actions
•Pest control management, assist in monthly verification by service provider and follow up of actions
•Assist in the preparation of client's report
•Provide support in preparing reports and documentation related to Quality System in place
•Any other cognate and administrative duties
Qualification and Profile
•Holder of an HSC, or a Diploma in Quality Management or Food Science or any relevant qualification
•Result-oriented with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
•Dynamic, detail-conscious and well organized
•Good interpersonal communication skills (spoken & written) in French & English
•Willing to learn and grow with the team
•Capable of displaying a high level of confidentiality
